Hi All, Would like to share my experience.

Today I finally picked up my Volvo after 2 weeks of not having it. Even though the 2 weeks seemed pretty long to me, I knew from the start my car was in great hands.

I initially had my car inspected by Riversdale Service Centre for a fault in the electric tailgate release. First , Stanley was kind enough to fit me in before Christmas free of charge to try and identify the issue and fix it on the spot, but on further inspection they needed more time.

On the 2nd of Jan I took my car back, and was provided a courtesy car. This turned into a 2 week saga and let me point out, this was at no fault of the Riversdale Service Centre.

In matter of fact Stanley and the team, have been extremely helpful, professional, and also tried to save me alot of money by providing and following through with some great suggestions that unfortunately was not successfully, and again not to any fault of their own, but due to Volvo and their parts.

The Riversdale Service Centre has been a breathe of fresh air, in all aspects of a car repair experience. They were forthcoming, kept me in the loop at every turn and were very transparent in regards to costs.

Riversdale Service Centre have now obtained me as an ongoing customer to service and maintain my car.

My car was returned to me fixed, washed and cleaned!

I have absolutely no issue in recommending Riversdale Service Centre for repairs, service and just excellent customer service.

I have been using Riversdale Service Centre for 5-6 years now, and have had a couple of different vehicles service with the team. Riversdale may charge a small premium depending on the type of work undertaken, but that’s what you can expect with a local specialist and I would highly recommend the garage for scheduled servicing. The team went even further for me recently when diagnosing my older Honda with what is effectively a write-off engine problem. The car was scanned and testing undertaken, and Guy and the team ran through a few scenarios with me for how best to approach the issue. I was not charged a cent and in spite of the circumstances left feeling happy with the service provided (again). Will be using Riversdale again in future.
