Exceptional! Recently bought a SUV from Riversdale Prestige. The vehicle was presented exceptionally clean, drives so beautifully. Melissa is an absolute gem of a person - kind, always available, going above and beyond by taking care of all my queries. Most importantly she made me feel very comfortable all throughout the process. Given that I dealt with 2 other reputable car dealership in the past, I could definitely feel that this dealership is top notch, genuine, and provides a customer care service distinctly superior. I have been a longstanding customer of the team at Riversdale Prestige having bought cars from them in the past (and having our family cars regularly serviced by them). I could not speak more highly of the team. David, Stanley, Melissa and the highly qualified team of mechanics are all courteous, polite, professional and honest. The show room, workshop and car yard is always spotlessly clean and the team are always highly responsive to customer needs (no matter how big or small). They are also very reasonably priced - ** 10/10 for sales and service **

I have been using Riversdale Service Centre for 5-6 years now, and have had a couple of different vehicles service with the team. Riversdale may charge a small premium depending on the type of work undertaken, but that's what you can expect with a local specialist and I would highly recommend the garage for scheduled servicing. The team went even further for me recently when diagnosing my older Honda with what is effectively a write-off engine problem. The car was scanned and testing undertaken, and Guy and the team ran through a few scenarios with me for how best to approach the issue. I was not charged a cent and in spite of the circumstances left feeling happy with the service provided (again). Will be using Riversdale again in future.

I have bought 2 cars from the Riversdale Prestige and had more serviced with the Riversdale Service Centre. They are attentive, deliver great work and above all are honest.Honest with their advice for what to buy and why. Even more so on what they are doing for each vehicles service needs on going.I constantly recommend them, as lets face it when you find an honest operator in the car game you have the exception that prove the rule!Riversdale Prestige & Riversdale Service Centre are a stand out!

I have bought 2 range rovers off Luke and his unsurpassed professionalism and attention to detail and my requests were always attended to. If you want a great car with no dodgy car dealer these are the guys. Due to such a great experience with purchasing my cars from Luke I have continued to use the service team at Prestige. The Guys in service have been great with all servicing and diagnostics. My recent trip to kakadu I had a problem and they went out of their way to assist me as much as they could over the phone. Not only when my car is serviced properly it even comes back detailed!!!

Riversdale, have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion, even once in an after hours emergency. I purchased my car from them and have returned for servicing ever since. I have been using Riversdale Service Centre for the last 6 years and i would just like to say a huge thank you to all the staff for taking care of me and my 6 cars over the years. I have 5 children and have purchased most of my cars from the team at Riversdale Auto as i trust them to find and service my children's cars as they are carry precious cargo. Have been using Riversdale Prestige for just on 10 years now. That in itself should indicate the level of satisfaction we have in the company and the staff that man it. We have four cars in our family that we entrust to Prestige and we are never inconvenienced. On the day of a service a courtesy car is there waiting for us and on return our cars have been immaculately washed and vacumned. We have never had any uncomfortable surprises as if anything unexpected is turned up we get a call before any activity occurs. Look forward to the next ten years and beyond!

Hi All, Would like to share my experience.Today I finally picked up my Volvo after 2 weeks of not having it. Even though the 2 weeks seemed pretty long to me, I knew from the start my car was in great hands.I initially had my car inspected by Riversdale Service Centre for a fault in the electric tailgate release. First , Stanley was kind enough to fit me in before Christmas free of charge to try and identify the issue and fix it on the spot, but on further inspection they needed more time.On the 2nd of Jan I took my car back, and was provided a courtesy car. This turned into a 2 week saga and let me point out, this was at no fault of the Riversdale Service Centre.In matter of fact Stanley and the team, have been extremely helpful, professional, and also tried to save me alot of money by providing and following through with some great suggestions that unfortunately was not successfully, and again not to any fault of their own, but due to Volvo and their parts.The Riversdale Service Centre has been a breathe of fresh air, in all aspects of a car repair experience. They were forthcoming, kept me in the loop at every turn and were very transparent in regards to costs.Riversdale Service Centre have now obtained me as an ongoing customer to service and maintain my car.My car was returned to me fixed, washed and cleaned!I have absolutely no issue in recommending Riversdale Service Centre for repairs, service and just excellent customer service.Keep up the great work Stanley and Team !
